Our #17 player reaches this position coming off his All-star performance in Wifflepalooza VII where he took the tournament by storm, clubbing 4 homers and slugging over 1.500. Garvey brings a stingy patient plate approach which makes him dangerous especially against less experienced pitchers. He is an underrated defender. He is still a fairly new player with much more experience to come, and now as a key offensive player on the Cuban Raft Riders he'll have plenty of opportunities to climb this list.
