The first foreign national on our list, and best international player in the history of the game, Paraskevas is the second primarily pitcher on our list and returns to the tournament this year with the Cuban Raft Riders. Known best for being one of the toughest to hit in the league, Paraskevas brings a rare combination of speed and movement on his pitches. He is often seen as a controversial figure in the league for his confidence and desire to do things his own way.
