MLW Network's Top 20 Players Right Now: #2 - Jeff Ronchetti

He might be the most talented, youthful two-way player in the league. There has been dominance on the mound, and then there's what Jeff Ronchetti has been able to accomplish in his illustrious career. He is the only man with more than 35 innings pitched that holds a sub 2.00 ERA. Add in the fact that he has recorded over 68% of his career outs via the strikeout, Ronchetti is a bonified ace and dominant arm. But that's not the only reason he ranks this high on the list, he is a dangerous force at the plate as well. Developing as a havoc causer later in his career, Ronchetti has pushed his OPS over 1.000 with more than solid production in the last few tournaments. He is an extra-base machine, even when he does not hit it out of the park he often manages to take the extra base as successfully as anyone. He is the only player in league history with multiple triples, something of which there are only 6 recorded in league history. He is a fiery, competitive player that also likely leads the league in smack talking. No one can stop him though, because more times than not, he backs it up.
