Bert returns almost an identical roster to the one that was good enough to win last year's tournament. At time's last year, it felt like things fell into place well for Bert, but the quality of talent and shape of this roster is undeniable. Still boasting two top-line pitchers, their ability to apply pressure on the other team's pitching and defense makes them a tough beat. They have to be the favorite again this year. Keep an eye on Tony Donato throughout the day. The 3x Cy-young winner is still certainly a force, but has shown some cracks the last two years dealing with control issues. His performance on the mound could be the key to the whole thing for Bert.
